Job Description:
Join our vibrant team as an ER Registered Nurse traveler in Lansing, Michigan, where you'll have the thrilling opportunity to engage in high-stakes care in a Level 1 Trauma Center! You will dive into the fast-paced rhythm of emergency care, bringing your skills to bear in a Pediatric Emergency Department while encountering diverse cases and challenges every shift.
This role requires a minimum of 2 years of Level I trauma experience, as you will interpret and manage dysrhythmias while utilizing your expertise in EPIC charting. You'll be an integral part of a team that supports critical patients, with a commitment to compassion and efficiency. Be prepared to work 3 weekends of each 4-week schedule and embrace the excitement of working during the major holidays—after all, every day can bring a surprise in the ER!
You'll have the flexibility to request one holiday off, but be aware that you'll need to work at least two of the three major holidays. Your state license, ACLS, PALS, and NIH certifications will be essential to your success in this role, while the unit also welcomes first-time travelers eager to build their experience in a bustling emergency setting.
