You'll immerse yourself in a fast-paced Family Birthing Center environment with a focus on Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) care.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with a dedicated team of professionals managing an average of 70-80 births each month. As part of your daily routine, you will assist in deliveries and care for both mothers and newborns, ensuring a smooth transition for families during a significant moment in their lives. Get ready to put your skills to the test, as you'll need at least one year of LDRP experience, with a preference for three years. The experience will be rewarding as you'll adhere to AWHONN guidelines and collaborate closely with the in-house OB and neonatal specialists.

Expect to work 12-hour night shifts, where you’ll navigate the exciting and unpredictable nature of labor and delivery. This isn't just a job; it's an adventure filled with the joy of new life as you become an essential part of the birthing experience.
