Join our thriving healthcare team as a Step Down Registered Nurse in a unique 12-bed unit that combines critical care and neuroscience principles. This exciting role is perfect for an experienced RN eager to work with patients transitioning from the Neuro ICU, dealing with a variety of neurological conditions, including neuro trauma and post-operative spine care.

As part of a close-knit team, you will be entrusted with caring for patients who have undergone significant procedures, including tumor resections and flap reconstructions. The patient ratio of 1:3 allows for a focused approach to their needs, ensuring high-quality intermediate care while still bringing a collaborative spirit to the unit. With night shifts and a stable 12-hour schedule, you will find a rhythm that suits your lifestyle while playing a crucial role in a patient's recovery journey. Plus, this position comes with the added bonus of becoming well-acquainted with modern Epic software, enhancing your experience.
