Job Description:

Join our team as a Speech Therapist for a 13-week contract in Oxnard, California. This role is perfect for professionals with at least two years of experience, especially those skilled in swallow studies. You'll navigate both inpatient settings—covering general medical, surgical, ortho, neuro, and cardiac care—and outpatient clinics, working with patients of all ages, from pediatrics to adults. Be prepared for a mix of rehabilitative work, including spinal cord injuries, strokes, and brain injuries, with occasional exposure to complex cases like long-term ventilated patients. Your shifts will be 8 hours from 8 am to 4:30 pm, with weekends and holidays in rotation. The role offers a diverse and engaging work environment with exposure to both outpatient and inpatient care, providing a well-rounded professional experience.
