Job Description:

Join the labor and delivery team in Riverside for a 13-week travel contract that offers a chance to work in a bustling maternity unit with a mix of organized chaos and rewarding moments. This role involves managing labor processes, including cervical exams, fetal monitoring, and titrating medications, in a setting equipped with GE fetal monitors and electronic medical records. Expect to be part of a well-staffed team, providing care during 12-hour day shifts involving around 11 labor beds, with a patient ratio of 1 RN to 2 patients. The unique rhythm of this unit means you'll experience a lively environment where your skills in fetal monitoring and labor management shine, especially if you bring over two years of labor and delivery experience and certifications like AWHONN EFM, NRP, BLS, and ACLS.
