Job Description:

Join our team as an Telemetry RN at a renowned hospital in San Antonio, Texas, for an exciting 13-week contract. This role involves working during 12-hour night shifts on a specialized orthopedic telemetry unit, where you'll be collecting vital data and monitoring patient electrocardiograms. You'll handle post-operative care for orthopedic surgeries, including total joint replacements, in a collaborative environment that values team spirit and attention to detail. Expect to work alongside dedicated staff in a 23-bed unit equipped with telemetry monitors, cryotherapy, SCDs, and bedside pulse oximeters, all managed via Meditech EMR.
