You'll work 12-hour night shifts over 13 weeks, with an average gross weekly pay of $1,929.99. Job Specifics:

Location: Chandler, Arizona
Shift: 12-hour night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM
Duration: 13 weeks with 36 hours per week
This position involves floating across Telemetry, Neuro, and MedSurg units, providing patient monitoring and managing cardiac drips, EKG interpretation, and post-procedure care for adult patients. Orientation includes two days on each floor to familiarize you with specific protocols and equipment. The staffing ratio is approximately 1:3-4 on most units, with occasional duties in specialized areas such as the Cath Lab or observation floors. Flexibility and quick adaptation are essential, with notification provided 1.5 hours before each shift regarding unit and campus changes.
