Job Description:

Join our team as an RN in a flexible float pool role at Maine Medical Center in Portland, Maine. This 13-week contract offers the opportunity to work across various ICU units including MICU, Neuro ICU, Surgical/Trauma ICU, and CICU. Expect to care for sedated, intubated, and pressor-supported patients, with weekly hours of 36 on a 12-hour night shift. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of ICU experience and flexibility to float across multiple ICU units. Candidates will work within varying patient ratios, primarily caring for sedated and ventilated patients with support needs like pressors. No high-complexity patients such as those on CRRT are involved, but the role demands adaptability across SICU, MICU, Neuro ICU, and CICU settings.
