Job Description:

Join us for a 13-week contract as a behavioral health professional in Dubuque, Iowa, working overnight shifts. This position offers an opportunity to apply your psychiatric and behavioral health expertise in a setting where de-escalation skills are essential. You'll be part of a dedicated team providing care to all age groups, including geriatric patients, on a shift that starts at 7:00 PM and concludes at 7:00 AM. This role is perfect for clinicians with at least 24 months of recent experience, especially those familiar with EPIC and behavioral health protocols, and who hold an active Iowa or compact license. The work involves assessing and managing behavioral health and psychiatric cases, with a focus on safety and patient stabilization. Holiday work is required unless the unit is closed, bringing a unique rhythm to your schedule that balances work and personal time.
