Job Description:

Join a dedicated respiratory therapist team on a 13-week contract in Farmington, CT. This role involves providing respiratory support to adult patients across various units including ER, ICU, MS, TELE, and PSYCH. Expect a schedule of 12-hour days from 7a-7p, with every other weekend rotation, on-call responsibilities, and holiday shifts. You will work alongside skilled professionals, assisting with respiratory, cardiac, and orthopedics cases, with a particular focus on adult patient care in high-acuity settings. The facility requires float coverage within a 30-mile radius, demanding adaptability and swift response to differing department needs. An active RRT certification through the NBRC or an equivalent, BLS, EPIC experience, and travel experience are mandatory.
