Job Description:

This 12-week contract positions you as an Electrophysiology Registered Nurse (EP RN) in La Crosse, WI, working dayshift hours. You’ll be part of a skilled team performing 3-5 ablation and device cases daily in a dedicated EP lab setting with three EP MDs and two procedure rooms. Your role involves assisting during complex cardiac procedures, cross-training across multiple roles, and utilizing Epic and MaClab charting systems. This assignment offers a chance to hone specialized EP skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with flexible four-day workweeks and guaranteed set hours, except during holidays when the unit is closed. No block scheduling means you’ll work any 4 days needed to meet department demands. Experience with EP procedures and certifications such as WI RN (or compact), BLS, and ACLS are required. Expect to actively participate in the procedural workflow while maintaining compliance within tight timeframes for start of medical documentation.
