Job Description:

Join us for an exciting 26-week contract in Asheville, NC, where you'll work in the Oncology/Womens Surgical unit on a 12-hour day shift. This role offers a unique chance to gain diverse experience in a busy medical-surgical setting that supports a team of dedicated professionals. Your responsibilities will include assisting with procedures such as echo and thoracentesis, as well as occasional pelvic exams, all while working with standard unit equipment and Cerner EMR. The unit's staffing model emphasizes teamwork, patient ratios of 1:4 or 1:5, and minimal floating across other med-surg units. If you're a licensed RN or CNA with BLS certification—and preferably chemo certification—you'll fit right in here.
