Job Description:

This 13-week travel RN position in Phoenix, AZ offers a unique opportunity to engage in comprehensive patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and coordinate care across multidisciplinary teams. You will be responsible for evaluating patients' physical, psychological, social, and spiritual needs, and implementing evidence-based nursing interventions. The role involves supervising licensed and non-licensed staff, documenting care in accordance with policies, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.
