Job Description:

This contract position offers a leadership opportunity overseeing laboratory assistant, phlebotomy, and outreach collection services within a hospital setting. As a Supervisor, you'll coordinate staffing, workflow, and quality assurance across inpatient, outpatient, and outreach locations. Your role involves supervising team performance, maintaining specimen integrity, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and collaborating with clinical departments to support efficient diagnostic testing.
