Job Description:

This telemetry nursing role offers an engaging opportunity to work in a fast-paced setting where precision and attention to detail are key. You'll be responsible for monitoring telemetry strips, performing cardiac assessments, and providing high-quality care to geriatric, medical/surgical, adult, psychiatric, and telemetry patient populations. A unique aspect of this assignment is the need to self-study telemetry interpretation upon acceptance, passing a basic dysrhythmia test during orientation to ensure you’re ready for the fast rhythm of the unit. The shift is 12-hour nights, with a schedule that includes every other weekend and holiday rotations, providing a rhythm of work and rest. Expect to collaborate closely with the healthcare team, utilizing your Epic EMR experience, and applying your ACLS certification throughout your 36-hour workweek over a 13-week contract.
