Job Description:

Join a hands-on role as a Labor & Delivery RN at a Montana healthcare facility, where your expertise helps deliver memorable moments. You will primarily focus on Labor & Delivery, monitoring maternal and fetal wellbeing, managing labor progression, assisting with deliveries, and responding to obstetric emergencies. Flexibility is key, as you'll also float to the Med Surg floor when OB is closed, providing vital nursing services across departments. This assignment offers a unique chance to support mothers and newborns during life-changing events in a hospital setting known for supporting its staff with a steady rhythm of 12-hour days. Your scope includes administering medications, interpreting fetal monitoring strips, assisting with operative deliveries, and providing postpartum education, ensuring high-quality care for every patient. Experience in both Labor & Delivery and a current Montana RN license are essential, along with NRP and BLS certification.
