Job Description:

This intensive 13-week travel assignment places you in a fast-paced ICU environment in Redding, California, focusing on trauma, neuro-strokes, and head injuries. You will be executing complex patient monitoring, including ICP management and ventricle monitoring, while taking a proctored dysrhythmia test on day one—pass or fail, no pressure! Expect 12-hour night shifts, with occasional weekend and holiday coverage. The role requires hands-on experience with titrating vasopressors and sedation drips, interpreting cardiac strips on GE monitors, and working alongside a dedicated team of intensivists and RTs. Be prepared for a challenging but rewarding environment where teamwork and clinical expertise are essential to succeed.
