Job Description:

Join a dedicated NICU team as a Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract working 12-hour night shifts. In this role, you'll provide specialized care to infants in a Level IV NICU, managing complex cases that involve frequent trach care and significant parent involvement. As part of your duties, you'll be expected to float to PICU, CV PICU, stepdown units, and occasionally to other campuses, including Riverside and St. Ann's. The position offers a unique opportunity to gain experience across various neonatal specialties while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Prioritize safety and compassion as you handle a mix of critical and routine situations, ensuring the highest standard of neonatal care in a busy hospital setting.
