Job Description:

Join our team for a 13-week travel contract working overnight in the ICU department of a Nebraska hospital. This role involves providing specialized support during 12-hour night shifts, with a focus on managing complex cases such as trauma, cardiac issues, overdoses, sepsis, and post-stent recovery. You'll be working in a facility with 33 beds, caring for an average of 16 patients daily, and handling a Nurse:Patient ratio of 1:2-3. The assignment offers a hands-on experience with titratable drips, cardiac monitoring, and troubleshooting ventilators like vents, Cpap, and BiPap. Self-scheduling for core staff is available, though it may be limited for travelers. This is a great opportunity to expand your ICU expertise while enjoying a unique work setting.
