Job Description:

This registered nurse position offers a chance to work in a critical care step-down unit within a prestigious tertiary hospital. You'll be responsible for managing a patient load of 1:5 to 1:7 on MedSurg/IMCU, providing advanced care for adult patients requiring continuous monitoring, airway management, and medication infusions. Your expertise with EPIC charting and interpretation of dysrhythmias will be vital. The shift is a 12-hour night schedule, every other weekend, with a total weekly commitment of 48 hours over 13 weeks. This assignment requires a NY license in hand, BLS, NIHSS, and at least one year of experience. Expect a fast-paced environment where vigilance and compassionate care meet technical proficiency, all while contributing to a team that values quick adaptation and evidence-based practices.
