Job Description:

This Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) position in Pratt, Kansas, offers a 13-week contract working 8-hour day shifts from 06:30 to 15:00, Monday through Friday. The role focuses on supporting surgical teams across various specialties, including orthopedics, general surgeries, and OB-C-sections. You’ll be vital in patient flow and surgical assisting, particularly with orthopedics, GYN, and endoscopy procedures. Prior experience of at least three years, proficiency in orthopedic procedures (like total joints), and current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required. The assignment includes weekend and on-call duties every 5th or 6th weekend and a weekday shift, making this a hands-on, engaging opportunity for seasoned OR nurses seeking a dynamic short-term experience.
