Job Description:

This travel healthcare assignment places you in a bustling Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting at a 492-bed Level II Trauma Center in Montgomery, Alabama. Your role involves managing patients with complex critical conditions, including post-surgical recovery, cardiac events, neurological emergencies, and multisystem trauma. You will be responsible for ventilator management, hemodynamic monitoring, medication titrations, and operating advanced equipment such as Swan-Ganz catheters, Impella, ECMO, and CRRT. This position offers exposure to diverse patient types and requires adaptability, quick decision-making, and proficiency with sophisticated ICU technologies. Expect a mix of fast-paced scenarios focusing on critical interventions, all within a supportive team environment that values your expertise in intensive care medicine. The assignment's unique blend of patient populations and advanced procedures promises a challenging yet rewarding experience for seasoned ICU professionals.
