Job Description:

This RN position in the SCU/IMC at Lincoln Health in Damariscotta offers an engaging opportunity to work on a dedicated 8-bed unit, specializing in ventilator management, vasoactive drips, and complex patient care. Shifts are available both day (6a-6p) and night (6p-6a), with a guaranteed 36 hours per week over a 13-week contract. Expect to collaborate with a stable team, managing patient ratios ranging from 1:1 to 4:1, and utilizing EPIC electronic medical records. This role demands proactive team players who meet a minimum of five years of ICU/SCU experience and are comfortable handling advanced equipment like ventilators and ceiling lifts.
