Job Description:

Join our critical care team in Prescott, Arizona, for a rewarding 13-week travel assignment working 12-hour night shifts. As a Registered Nurse, you'll be immersed in a high-acuity setting, managing complex cases such as COVID-19, post-surgical, and cardiac patients. Your expertise with ventilators, drips, and interpreting ABGs will be crucial as you provide vital support in this fast-paced ICU environment. This role offers a mix of manual proning, neuro monitoring, and cardiac procedures, including open heart post-op care, with a focus on skillful troubleshooting of advanced equipment like VADs and CRRT. The schedule involves working 36 hours weekly, with a chance to develop leadership by engaging in rapid responses and occasional patient assignments during staffing fluctuations.
