Job Description:

This laboratory technician role offers an engaging opportunity within the Department of Lab, encompassing areas such as Hematology, Chemistry, Coagulation, Urinalysis, Phlebotomy, and Molecular testing. The position involves working in a fast-paced setting with a focus on accuracy and troubleshooting, performing routine testing, processing samples, and supporting blood bank operations for longer assignments. You'll be operating advanced equipment including Abbott Architect, STM, and Beckman Coulter analyzers, with a schedule of most days consisting of 8 or 10-hour shifts. The assignment provides a chance to develop your expertise in various testing platforms, all while working in a collaborative team environment. Flexibility in weekend and holiday work is needed, and thorough training will be provided to ensure success in your role.
