Job Description:

This Procedural Sedation RN role in the GI Lab offers a unique opportunity to work in a busy community hospital with a wide variety of inpatient and outpatient GI and IR sedation cases. You'll be administering conscious sedation, interpreting and managing dysrhythmias, and assisting with procedures such as colonoscopies, ERCP, and EGD. The position involves performing laser-assisted procedures, angiography, and vascular interventions, all within the scope of GI sedation. Expect to be on a regular daytime schedule, with every other weekend shifts, and to work in a fast-paced environment that keeps you engaged with diverse case types. This assignment is perfect for an RN with at least one year of sedation experience who is comfortable managing both IR and GI cases, including those requiring radiation and laser safety protocols.
