Job Description:

Join Chesapeake Regional Healthcare as a Case Management RN, where your expertise in discharge planning and utilization review will make a real impact. This full-time assignment involves managing an adult patient population in a Level I, II, or III acute care hospital setting. You'll work weekday days, 8-hour shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with some weekends, holidays, and no overtime unless approved by a supervisor. This role offers the chance to experience the vibrant Coastal Virginia region while applying your skills in a fast-paced hospital environment. Your knowledge of Epic, CMS regulations, and recent acute care experience are essential to success in this engaging and rewarding role.
