Job Description:

This surgical operating room contract in Boulder, Colorado, offers an excellent opportunity for OR nurses with at least two years of experience to work in a busy unit handling a variety of cases, including orthopedics, neuro, trauma, GYN, ENT, and urology. You'll scrub for procedures involving the Mako robot, DaVinci robotics, and complex fractures, with an average of 25-30 cases per day. The schedule consists of 12-hour night shifts, with the chance to gain exposure to different specialties and work alongside dedicated charge nurses who manage the floor and often take assignments. Orientation varies based on experience, possibly up to two weeks, to help you acclimate to each specialty. This role provides a friendly yet professional environment where you can sharpen your skills and expand your expertise in an engaging surgical setting.
