Job Description:

Seeking an experienced RN Case Manager for a 13-week travel contract at a hospital facility in Mattoon, Illinois. This role involves overseeing inpatient units, handling ED holds, and managing overflow units. The schedule features 8-hour days, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with no weekends, major holidays, or call responsibilities. The ideal candidate will bring at least five years of nursing experience, including a minimum of three years in case management within a hospital setting. This assignment is distinctive because you will cover all inpatient areas, ensuring continuity of patient flow and discharge planning across various departments. Local candidates are not eligible; applicants must have a verifiable permanent address more than 50 miles from the facility. A cover sheet must be submitted with your application.
