Job Description:

Join our team as a registered nurse in a vibrant Louisville hospital, where you'll be the cornerstone of patient care on a daytime shift from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM, every other weekend. This 13-week contract offers an opportunity to showcase your expertise in an acute inpatient ICU setting, focusing on safe, family-centered care, and evidence-based practices. You'll be responsible for assessing patient conditions, developing and implementing personalized care plans, and mentoring fellow staff members. The role combines hands-on patient interaction with leadership opportunities, including delegation and staff education. Epic experience and professional certifications like BLS, ACLS, and NIH are required, along with at least two years of ICU experience. This assignment is ideal for nurses looking to deepen their clinical skills while making a tangible impact during a rewarding temporary placement.
