Job Description:

This travel nursing assignment places you in the ICU at Aspirus Rhinelander Hospital in Wisconsin, working 12-hour night shifts for a duration of 13 weeks. You'll be responsible for managing critically ill patients, including occasional pediatric cases, within a 1:2 patient ratio. The role involves charting in EPIC and floating to similar units within skillsets or to nearby Aspirus locations such as Tomahawk, Howard Young, and Eagle River. Float scheduling is pre-arranged if needed. The environment is fast-paced, requiring 2+ years of ICU experience, with a preference for rural or critical access experience. Certification in WI RN license, BLS, ACLS, and PALS is mandatory. During flu season, mandated mask wearing applies if vaccination is declined. Expect to work approximately 36 hours per week, with some flexibility due to low census hours or call back duties.
