Job Description:

This PACU Registered Nurse contract offers a focused opportunity in a bustling hospital setting, where you'll be part of a team managing some of the most critical post-operative patients. Expect to work five 8-hour shifts, primarily from noon to 8:30 PM, with no weekends, call, or holidays—giving you more time to enjoy the local sights after your shift. Your role involves caring for a diverse patient population, including oncology cases undergoing complex surgeries like flap reconstructions, thoracic procedures, and neurosurgery. Candidates with at least 2 years of PACU experience are encouraged to apply, but first-time travelers need not apply. Certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) is required. From outpatient recovery to ICU-level care, you'll experience the intensity and camaraderie of post-anesthesia care while ensuring patient safety and comfort.
