Job Description:

Join our team as an Operating Room Registered Nurse on a 26-week contract in Springfield, Illinois. You'll be working in a busy Level I trauma hospital, supporting a variety of surgical specialties excluding cardiovascular, with a focus on general, trauma, and specialized orthopedic, neurology, and plastic surgery cases. The role features a rotating 10-hour shift schedule, with shifts starting at either 5:45 AM or 12:45 PM, covering 23 operating rooms. Your responsibilities will involve facilitating surgical procedures, ensuring sterile processes, and working within a highly skilled team to deliver excellent patient outcomes. This assignment offers a chance to experience diverse environments and complex cases, making it an engaging and challenging position for seasoned OR nurses. An active Illinois license or application in progress is required to apply.
