Job Description:

This behavioral health RN contract offers a unique opportunity to work on specialized psychiatric units across multiple facilities within a 24-mile radius of Phoenix. Conduct assessments, implement interventions, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support adolescents, adults, and geriatrics facing mental health challenges. The role involves floating between facilities, including Mesa, Roosevelt, and Maryvale, with a focus on maintaining high standards in psych nursing, including managing med-psych patients with minor medical needs. You will serve as a charge nurse, overseeing patient care and ensuring safety during 12-hour day shifts. This assignment provides a chance to deepen your psychiatric expertise while enjoying diverse clinical settings in a vibrant city.
