Job Description:

Join us as a Surgical Technician-NCA for a 13-week assignment at a busy hospital in Madison, Indiana. This role involves supporting the surgical team by preparing and handling instrumentation, assisting surgeons during procedures, and maintaining sterile technique. You'll work during day shifts from 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with a focus on ensuring all surgical instruments and supplies are ready and properly accounted for. The position requires proficiency in aseptic technique, basic medical terminology, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing situations in the operating room. This is a critical role where your attention to detail and quick response skills directly contribute to positive patient outcomes. Expect to work approximately 36 hours per week, with a weekly gross pay of around $1,040.81. You'll be part of a team that values expertise and efficiency in a fast-paced surgical environment.
