Job Description:

Seeking a skilled Medical Surgical Registered Nurse to join a neuro-focused unit for a 13-week contract. This role involves working 12-hour night shifts (18:45 - 07:15) at a hospital in Wilmington, NC. The RN will provide specialized care to neuro and general medicine patients, with responsibilities including medication administration, documentation using EPIC, and communicating with the team via SBAR. The unit emphasizes teamwork and patient safety, and the travel nurse will be expected to float within the facility, including to storm or hurricane teams if needed. This assignment offers a chance to enhance neuro nursing experience in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
