Job Description:

Join our team as a Travel Medical Laboratory Technician in Rochester, MN, performing crucial analysis on blood, tissue, and body fluids. This role involves operating and maintaining sophisticated laboratory instrumentation, troubleshooting assays, and evaluating test accuracy to support patient diagnoses. You'll be working in specialized lab settings with minimal supervision, utilizing multiple computer systems to report results while adhering to rigorous safety protocols when handling infectious specimens and chemicals. The shift runs evenings from 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, with additional training hours scheduled earlier in the week. This one-year contract offers a valuable opportunity to develop your skills in an intense, engaging laboratory environment with a weekly commitment of 40 hours.
