Job Description:

This contract position involves telemedicine patient screening within the emergency department, primarily during 12-hour night shifts. The role requires reviewing and boarding patients in the ED, with an average of 40 patients processed daily while awaiting inpatient beds. You will be responsible for coordinating care via the MS TELE BOARDING system, completing practice tests during onboarding, and ensuring all documentation and compliance measures are met. The work is suited for experienced professionals familiar with boarder patients in emergency settings, and those comfortable managing high patient volumes in a fast-paced, overnight environment. The assignment offers a unique opportunity to refine your telehealth skills while supporting critical hospital functions in a designated, non-local setting.
