Job Description:

This ICU RN contract offers a chance to work in a vibrant community hospital where you will manage a diverse range of critical patients, including those with CHF, respiratory distress, ACS, and post-cath status. Your days will be filled with monitoring complex hemodynamics, managing chest tubes, wound vacs, and dressing changes, as well as overseeing patients with femoral arterial sheaths and drips like diltiazem and heparin. The unit emphasizes precision and attention to detail, especially when working with femoral approaches and vascular patients. Expect to float between TELE and telemetry units, providing highly specialized care in a supportive environment while wearing any professional scrub color of your choice. It’s a rewarding opportunity for experienced ICU RNs ready to make a difference during 12-hour night shifts in a community-focused setting.
