Job Description:
Join an exciting inpatient speech therapy role in an acute care hospital setting where you'll work with adult patients on their swallowing and communication challenges. This position offers the opportunity to evaluate and develop individualized plans of care, focusing on inpatient adults' speech, language, and cognitive rehabilitation. Expect to be hands-on in a fast-paced environment, with shifts running from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with every third weekend off. The role emphasizes clinical expertise and the ability to make a meaningful impact during a pivotal stage of recovery, all while adhering to a business casual dress code complemented by a white lab coat. If you're an experienced SLP with at least two years of inpatient adult care, particularly in acute settings, this assignment is your chance to bring your skills to a dedicated team and make a difference.
