Job Description:

Join us as a travel Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) in Scranton, Pennsylvania, where you'll perform a variety of routine and specialized testing across chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, microbiology, blood bank, and phlebotomy. This role involves floating between laboratories, specifically RHS and MTH, ensuring that all testing is accurately completed during overnight shifts. You'll handle a range of technical tasks, utilize Cerner electronic medical records, and wear a black/turquoise or all turquoise scrub set. No call duties are required, giving you a clear boundary between work and personal time. Experience with at least 1-2 years as a laboratory generalist is preferred for this 13-week assignment. You'll work 5 nights per week, with an 8-hour night shift from 11 PM to 7 AM, and a weekly guarantee of 40 hours. The position offers a competitive rate of $65 per hour and the opportunity to be part of a supportive laboratory team in a vibrant and engaging setting.
