Job Description:

Join our team in Green Bay for a rewarding travel healthcare contract in the PACU. You'll be working in a Level II Trauma Center with 167 beds, caring for both pediatric and adult patients recovering from various procedures such as neurosurgery, robotics cases, endovascular work, and more. This assignment offers the opportunity to manage a diverse patient load, including inpatient, outpatient, and observation cases, with an emphasis on phases I and II recovery. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment, interpreting cardiac rhythms, managing cardiac medications, and providing discharge instructions—challenging yet fulfilling work for experienced recovery nurses. You'll oscillate between two well-equipped PACUs, main and east, both situated within the same building. With a schedule of eight-hour days, a set Monday through Friday cycle, and minimal weekend or holiday expectations, this contract is built to fit a busy nurse's life while offering a chance to experience the vibrant culture of Green Bay. Expect to contribute your skills in a cohesive team that supports each other and maintains high standards of care. This position is ideal for nurses with at least two years of PACU experience, particularly those familiar with cardiac rhythms, post-cath, bronchoscopy, and IR patient recovery.
