Job Description:

Join a specialized ICU/CVICU unit where you'll be working 12-hour night shifts in a 21-bed environment. This role demands at least two years of recent ICU experience and prior travel assignments, with current Tennessee or compact licensure. Your expertise with intra-aortic balloon pumps, along with BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications, will be crucial to providing high-level care during complex cases such as ARDS, pneumonia, withdrawal, and cardiogenic shock. You will be floating to stepdown and ER as needed, and you'll use Cerner electronic medical records throughout your shift. The unit's schedule is made by the team, ensuring you know the hours and assignments ahead of time.
