Job Description:

Join a busy Level 3 Trauma acute care hospital in Hays, Kansas, as a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse. This role involves supporting expectant mothers through childbirth, delivering babies over 34 weeks’ gestation, and managing stabilization and transfer for earlier deliveries. The shift is a 12-hour night schedule from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, with a commitment of 36 hours per week over a 13-week contract. You'll be working within a team that values flexibility in scrubs and is equipped for high-quality maternal and neonatal care. If you’re experienced in postpartum and nursery care and hold the required certifications, this assignment offers a unique opportunity to experience a dynamic hospital setting while making a difference in maternal health services.
