Job Description:

Join a dedicated team as a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) RN, caring for critically ill newborns in a busy Level III NICU that handles approximately 190 births each month. This night shift position offers 12-hour shifts that start at 6:00 PM and end at 6:30 AM, providing a steady, overnight routine. You'll assess, monitor, and support fragile infants, requiring a minimum of two years of NICU experience, including at least one year in a specialized setting. Expect to be part of a cohesive unit that occasionally adjusts weekend staffing needs and values quick thinking and compassionate care. This assignment is perfect for experienced RNs who thrive in high-acuity environments and enjoy coming in quietly overnight to make a difference when most are resting.
