Job Description:

This travel healthcare contract offers the opportunity to work in a specialized unit that manages seizure activity for EMU patients around the clock. As a qualified professional, you'll perform comprehensive assessments upon patient admission, develop tailored care plans, and implement critical interventions. Your responsibilities include continuous monitoring, collaborating with the critical care team for advanced care needs, and ensuring clear communication with patients and their families through effective hourly rounding and bedside shift reports. This role requires attention to detail, adaptability to modify care plans based on patient response, and a proactive approach to safety and professional development. The unique setting of this assignment provides valuable experience working in trauma and intermediate care environments while utilizing EPIC 1 electronic documentation systems.
