Job Description:

This contract opportunity places you in a Level 3 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) where you'll focus on caring for neonates of all gestational ages with diagnoses such as low birth weight, high frequency ventilation, nitric oxide therapy, and total body cooling. The role involves managing ventilators, initiating IVs, handling chest tubes, and titrating IV medications—experience with neonatal resuscitation is a plus. You'll work a 12-hour rotating shift, primarily during weekends, with the chance to experience a vibrant city surrounded by opportunities for day trips and outdoor adventures. The setting offers a chance to collaborate closely with a team of neonatologists, neonatal nurse practitioners, and support staff, all dedicated to high-quality neonatal care in a busy but rewarding environment.
