Job Description:

Join a dedicated team at Arkansas Children’s Hospital, a renowned 359-bed trauma 1 teaching hospital, for a 13-week travel assignment in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. This role involves providing specialized critical care to children with respiratory distress, post-arrest recovery, trauma, neurology, surgical post-ops, and other complex diagnoses. You will work 12-hour night shifts, floating across PICU and IMCU units as needed, supporting a team that includes Residents, Fellows, and Attending MDs. Expect two to three days of orientation, with a focus on EPIC electronic medical records, Pyxis medication systems, and hospital protocols. This assignment offers a unique opportunity to handle advanced equipment like ECMO and long-term ventilators, and to deliver care in a fast-paced, critical setting where your expertise makes a tangible difference.
