Job Description:

Join our pediatric psychiatry unit in Salem, where you'll be part of a dedicated team providing inpatient care for children and teenagers aged 3 to 17. This night shift role offers a unique opportunity to work with a patient-centered, trauma-informed approach in a nurturing environment. As a Pediatric Psychiatric RN, you'll manage a caseload with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1 to 3, overseeing children requiring 24-hour care in a 30-bed inpatient unit. Your responsibilities include de-escalating behaviors, charting in EPIC, and occasionally floating to other behavioral health areas within the facility. Experience with adolescent mental health, a valid Massachusetts RN license, and the ability to work independently on rotating shifts are essential. This assignment provides a rewarding chance to make a meaningful difference during overnight hours in a specialized setting.
