Job Description:

Join a challenging and rewarding step-down nursing role in Dayton, Ohio, where you will provide specialized care for patients with stable chronic ventilators and complex needs. This contract involves 12-hour day shifts, with targeted patient ratios of 1:4, occasionally stretching to 1:5-6, ensuring manageable caseloads that allow for focused, quality care. You'll work in an environment that values your EPIC system expertise and your ability to adapt quickly, especially as you may float among various campuses, including Dayton, Centerville, and Englewood. This assignment offers 36 hours weekly over a 13-week period, with the opportunity to earn OT after 48 hours on a 48-hour contract. While the work is demanding, the experience gained here will sharpen your skills in ventilator management, tele competency, and patient monitoring in a fast-paced setting that appreciates dedicated professionals.
